Where else can you go into a dealership of any kind and have the first guy you talk to be the GM and also be the best mechanic you've ever talked to, and who also takes the time to explain things that other dealerships couldn't even understand? "Excellent customer service and sales. I'm beyond thrilled with my entire experience of purchasing my new 2022 Honda Rebel 1100. My husband and I were set on buying the Honda Rebel 500 and wanted to see it in person before our purchase to be sure this was the bike for me. We were headed to Watkins Glen on a quick weekend getaway, and my hubby found a Honda dealer on our route to visit and see the Honda Rebel 500 face-to-face. This led us to Southern Tier Honda where we met Jared. He was kind and thorough. In fact, he was so nice and patient that he turned us on to the 1100. I was initially hesitant because of the bike being much bigger, or at least I thought. To my surprise, I fell in love with the 1100 immediately and changed my mind.We loved our experience so much that we came back the next weekend to purchase the bike 3 hours out of our way because of the amazing service.Then, we met Gary. This was an additional satisfying experience. He took care of us, sold me a new motorcycle jacket, helped fix our ground wire on the trailer before our travel back, met us on his day off, so we could spend another evening in Watkins Glen, and Jared found us a nice place to stay!We will stay in touch and be back to visit!
